Autumn Bliss

As I sat down to write this long overdue post, all the previous thoughts and notes I’d made went out the window…what was relevant a week ago is no longer so.  Everything about the last two months – the changing season, what was happening in my life, the imagery showing up in artwork, and the anticipated birth of our first Grandchild – pointed towards a time of incubation.  Sometimes it’s hard to slow down, take a deep breath, and just allow things to unfold in their own right, good time.

Two days ago, I witnessed the miracle of birth and welcomed this wee little soul (a baby boy!) into the world.  When the heart is so full, words are inadequate….and so I’ll just share these photos and let them tell the story of the last few weeks…

Numerous walks in the river valley and sensory overload…

A wonderful visit and full weekend…

Intuitive painting and an emerging voice…

365 Project – September completed.

BIG smiles! All is good.
